Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted only via the online submission form below.
If you do not have internet access, please contact the Congressional Service.
Please follow the instructions on the web site step-by-step. Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.

Instructions for Writing Abstracts
- abstract should be written in English
- abstract length: up to 350 words
- original abstracts will not be edited - linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
- accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts
- the Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for an oral or poster presentation

Poster dimensions: max. 80 cm (width) x 100 cm (height)
Posters will be displayed in the congress area on poster panelling during all days of the Congress. The authors should bring posters in person.
Supplies for poster mounting will be provided by the Congressional Service.
